3. Operational Services
  Heroku, Inc. (USA) To provide hosting and storage services (database). Your profile information, sign-up information and messages sent through the platform.
  Amazon Webservices (USA) To provide storage services for crew, boat profile pictures and boat rating certificates. Profile pictures and boat rating certificate file(s) you upload through the platform.
  Amazon Webservices (USA) To provide email sending and receiving services for notifications on signup changes or received messages. Event details of the signup change or contents of the message.
  New Relic, Inc. (USA) To provide analytics allowing us to troubleshoot errors in the platform. Aggregated request data on the service performance. No personal information.
  Twilio, Inc. (USA) To send SMS notifications on last-minute event changes. Contents of the message as entered by the respective sender.
